This is 3.2.1 in a small series of notes on launching an app built with AI.

AI makes it easy to iterate fast. But there is a difference between learning and being stuck in loops.

Simple test:

After the last round of changes, can you say what you learned that you did not know before?

If not, you are probably just generating more output, not learning anything new.
