Anyone know how they got access to his conversation with ChatGPT? Can the court order the transcripts for a particular user, or was this leaked more conventionally - e.g. a coworker / hack?

That is from looking the case up elsewhere - so from his testimony + discovery found him citing chatgpt and sending links to chats to others
