When they complain about these lost calories is anyone asking them if they have a better way to turn grass into food we can eat? Eating beef lets us eat grass we couldn't otherwise, indirectly. It also has a whole bunch of minerals and nutrients that are particularly beneficial. We don't need a steak every day, but two servings of beef a week can be a truly great infusion of protein and nutrients in someone's diet. These are found calories, not lost. |
