That would be pretty bad compared to two years ago, but within the realm of plausible if we were seeing a major upset in the employment market. Where that number is coming from, or what that time frame would be I'm not sure. But I do think it would be more interesting to see the amount of time recent grads spent unemployed or underemployed vs a presumptive snapshot of current employment state.
