We're entering an era where the delivering of software is cheap. Basically any idea can have an MVP implemented by one or two people in just a month or two now. Very quickly the industry is learning what the next set of bottlenecks are, now that the bottleneck is no longer writing code. Planning, design, management alignment, finding customers, integrating with other products, waiting for review, etc. Basically all the human stuff that can't be automated away. Your comment reminds me to add building a support team to the list. |
