It's harder and harder to get that combination, so you'd have to install an aftermarket device, which is potentially expensive and "not worth it" depending on your travels. I use my phone's GPS quite a bit but the reality is that I have maybe one trip a year where I need it, and that can be handled by MapQuest beforehand - remember printing those?
