Virtually everyone everywhere can find free 30 minutes. And turn their devices off. Those who think they cannot would do well getting to a state where they can do this, at least 6, preferably 7 days a week. Skipping screen time between waking up and getting up will might solve this problem for a significant fraction of the first world population. My 2c. |
