Show HN: I Built an AI-Native Talent Management Agency
4 points by aa_y_ush 74 days ago
Hi HN!

quick backstory: Did ML Infra at Linkedin. Side-quested and led content at a YCW20. Ignored that part of my life and started a business to build an enterprise fact verification system for agents. Wasn't a hair-on-fire problem space.

And now here we are.

Wanted to share https://usesnippet.app with you guys.

Snippet is an AI-native talent management agency for content creators. We handle brand discovery, outreach, deal negotiation, pricing intelligence, and contract auditing on autopilot.

Vision is to give mid-tier creators (and the brands working with them) as good a representation as the Mr. Beasts of the world. Long way there and in this industry everything is a people problem, not a software problem. Software is a great mean for our margins though.

Interesting space — the creator economy has a massive representation gap at the mid-tier. MrBeast-level creators have full management teams; anyone with under 500k followers is essentially running a small business alone.

Curious how you're handling the cold start problem on the brand side. Do brands trust AI-negotiated deals the same way they trust a human rep vouching for a creator? That human credibility layer seems like the hardest thing to replace.

For context, we're also building in the creator tooling space — focused on the production bottleneck rather than deals. Would be interesting to see how the tools layer and the business layer could complement each other.

thanks for the response. Yeah we have had really good results so far. working with multiple musicians, wellness creators. We are still an agency at the end, so the AI prowess stops at the best possible contact and brand-fit discovery. We open the thread to the creator once a brand responds positively and provide rich context on past deal sizes, active ad-spend etc to the creator to help them close the loop.
Oh and, one interesting thing I am trying to do to understand our users a lot better atm is to become a creator myself, lol. Sharing my journey with people, talking to brands and the likes. I didn't come from any money and fended for myself through research and scholarships since always which is why I love what the creator economy has done for people without "access". Excited for the journey!
