No. So far you've just supplied an article about some bad IDF reservists who beat a Palestinian prisoner. If they did that, they should be punished. But the article says the trial couldn't continue because the alleged victim was released to Gaza and therefore could not stand trial against the accused.
You haven't shown me any evidence to your assertion that Israeli's cheer for rapist, not even close.
But we do know 75% of Palestinians support the murder, rape and kidnapping of young people enjoying a music festival and the killing of children with their families in their homes. So any sane government must take steps so it doesn't happen again.
Where does anywhere in that article say Palestinians support rape? It says they feel justified Hamas attacked Israel which naturally makes sense, a country has a right to repel invaders and occupiers militarily.
Why did Israel punish the official who exposed the rape instead of the rapists btw? Why was Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi arrested? Why were Israelis loudly protesting and demanding the release of the rapists? You falsely claimed Palestinians support rape and cited an article that mentions nothing of rape and you repeatedly excuse Israeli civilians and politicans mass movement and protest to release actual rapists and then cheers as the rapists were released. You are a liar.
>Among the reasons listed by the IDF for canceling the charges are “complexity regarding the existing evidence”; the release of the detainee back to Gaza in the October 2025 ceasefire; “the conduct of senior officials in the Military Advocate General’s (MAG) Corps and in the IDF’s law enforcement system in this case, and its exceptional and unprecedented circumstances” — an apparent reference to former MAG Maj. Gen. Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi, who leaked a surveillance video to Channel 12 news while the indictments were being prepared; and “procedural difficulties” regarding the transfer of investigative materials from a police investigation, “in a manner that harms the defendants’ right to a fair trial.”
So all of these are bs reasons. Let me just paste a modified version of the text and ask how you feel:
