Thanks for this. My spider web of individually managed .md files per project/feature was getting out of hand. I've been hesitant to jump on any of the autonomous bandwagons so far but your story clicked and your approach really makes sense. I had some trouble with the init not fully working but I've been working with Samwise for the days now, enabling features as I go and starting to build out some memories and soul. Very excited to see how this progresses over the next few weeks. Keep up the good work.
