I wanted to submit the github link as "Show HN". It seems that the guidelines doesn't forbid "Show HN" if somebody else posted a link to my project prematurely.

However it seems that I can not. Rejected with "We're temporarily restricting Show HNs because of a massive influx, mostly by users who aren't yet familiar with the site or its culture." :-(
