This is cool but I thought this solution would provide more in-depth analysis. The examples given - recent activity, pace analysis, heart rate data - are all available in the connected apps. I've been looking for something that goes deeper. For instance, I know I struggle with hills. I'd like to view all elevation gain segments over the last month and analyze my heart rate and my pace. I can then use this as a benchmark as I run the same segments in the next few weeks. Also, I'd like to understand my running economy beyond VO2 Max. |
