My first part of the statement presupposed you are not a US Citizen but a US persons https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visa_and_deportation_controver... The constitution applies to all people in the United States, one of the reasons I found it infuriating that in Trumps state of the union explicitly stated, "American government is to protect American citizens". If you are in the US illegally or not you are a US person and you have legal rights afforded to you by the founding fathers |
