Based on what? I specifically called for some objective measures like SBFs ...
What's the SOTA these days? I dropped out of the community a 2 to 3 years ago. At the time ISRT seemed to be one of the bests but I haven't heard anything since then.
Colemak is objectively decent even if you never knew qwerty. Even if you move C V X Z you can only make a layout a tiny bit better than colemak. I don't know why you are on this crusade, its silly.
