Is usage based pricing available?

I'm thinking of trying it out Kagi, but adding another monthly commitment is what's holding me back.

A single credit top-up and occasional usage until the credits run out sounds good to me.

    Yes, this makes sense. This is possible because technically the extension does not care if you have an account or not. It just needs to be 'loaded' with valid tokens. And you can imagine a mechanism where you could also anonymously purchase them, eg. with monero, without ever creating an account at Kagi. Personally I don't like being signed in during searches, this seems like a good solution.
