Word is that NetApp and Juniper are using FreeBSD.
What these have in common is that they rely heavily on FreeBSD's I/O performannce and capabilities which is said to be head and shoulders above Linux.
Playstation is based on FreeBSD, so I would guess that Sony has some serious FreeBSD people working there who created one of the most popular a video game console - that's pretty cool
