Hey Guys :) With multiple record breaking IPOs happening this year, I thought I would take a few hours to publish a piece about IPOs. In the end, it took me dozens of hours to research, write and edit. I would greatly appreciate if you guys read and gave thoughts. This is exactly how a market crash manifests. Year 2000, 2008 and late 2019.

The same will happen before 2030.
