> If this goes through, I wouldn't be surprised if facial recognition ends up being the "solution" to the problems this creates. The end goal is for every IP address to be associated with a physical person and an ID card number. Which is where we'll end up after they'll unsuccessfully try to ban VPNs that are used to bypass age-verification checks. |
