What a bizarre comment. I'm Canadian, and during my misspent youth I spent time in Wisconsin and in Boston. I didn't drive in those places and I don't drive here. I did finally cave recently and bought a cargo bike (not electric). I've used it during snowfalls. It's fine, just like walking in snow and/or in negative 30 degree weather is fine. |
