They define this:

So, misinformation = make claim with no supporting, verifiable evidence. Seems like a pretty standard, neutral definition.

That would apply to some things and not others.

A heck of a lot of things in life are subjective. Even respectable academia can have multiple views on some things, in fact it's bad if they don't.
