There's no direct data on high school prevalence, so I am assuming overall drug statistics are a decent proxy. Overdose deaths are really bad in WA even relative to US on average. Canada is significantly better in this regard. We are picking between Ontario and Alberta with a possibility of Quebec if they issue an invitation. |
