I'm not a policy person. I'm a regular guy, a dad, an engineer...but I am not surprised by Noem's complete incompetence. The grown-ups in the room were not saying the correct things in their campaign speeches or their news interviews to convince me that they knew what they were doing. I know that all new administrations have a learning curve, but the writing was on the wall and is still on the wall for many appointees in this administration. It's very sad. We can do better. We deserve better. |
