This paper is assuming people are inherently good.

Similar to socialism, failed to take into accont people are also selfish, will lie or divert community goals towards their own personal benefit over others. Also ignores/discards competition, calling it "duplication" but in reality that is a strong driver for innovation and quick iteration.

I don't think people need to be "good" whatever that means, for this to work.

This is not socialism, this is a concrete technical whitepaper for a parallel economy based on cybernetic principles.
