By their self reporting, people are already dying in ICE custody. Looking a few reports, it a common occurrence is someone starts having a heart attack and EMS does not arrive until hours later: https://www.ice.gov/detain/detainee-death-reporting It looks like ICE is not trying very hard to keep people alive. |
