Definitely have some questions to get a baseline understanding of the tech stack but then ask a problem solving question and listen to what they say and how they think and use their answers to turn the interview into a conversation by asking them questions using their answers as a guide. The flow will be natural for both interviewer and those interviewing and insights from the conversation are very revealing. |
