Bailing out corporations went very poorly. They reinflated the housing bubble like they wanted to see how big they could make the balloon this time. I mean look at this: https://fred.stlouisfed.org/graph/?g=1M8KZ The peak in 2007 was the massive housing bubble that crashed the whole economy. Where are we now? The only reasonable way to solve that is to stop bailing out corporations. |
