That'll never work; what works is building un-censorable platforms, that cannot be banned in the same way it's impossible to ban torrents no matter how hard they try.
And the platform will simply be banned and its creators (if identifiable) arrested. See Tornadocash. Still operating, because it's uncensorable, but the people who made it will never see daylight again.
