I think a major part is about what’s happening in Cuba. Venezuela used to supply Cuba with cheap oil. That’s stopped and Trump has threatened any countries who send oil with tariffs (of course!). Rubio’s personal quest is to take down the Cuban gov’t and I guess eventually help Cuban capitalists get reparations including his family. |
