This sounds like a Fox News fever dream. Even if we assume there are tons of jobless immigrants being ‘imported’ they would be renters, not buyers. Generally, house pricing is primarily a supply problem. Removing immigrants will make this worse given that they are 30%+ of the construction workforce. |
