"Can foreigners trust that the Chinese courts are fair and neutral and unbiased?" My question: Can foreigners trust that the US courts are fair and neutral and unbiased? Please look at the most current cases of Apple vs. Samsung and Cisco vs. Huawei before giving your answer.

Don't know about Cisco v. Huawei, but the Apple v. Samsung case would most likely have turned out the same were Samsung American or Apple foreign.
