Author here. This was supposed to be a straightforward Codex review. Turned into a burnout post-mortem instead. Context: I spent a year avoiding my own side project (Rails-based festival incident management system). Shipped 2 production seasons, then crashed hard. Corporate burnout + likely autistic traits + SAFe ceremony overload hit me harder than I admitted. Happy to answer questions about the Rails workflow, burnout recovery, or the agent setup.
