Micron is building a bunch of new fabs in the US right now- two in Idaho, two in New York, and modernizing one existing fab in Virginia. The first Idaho fab will come online in 2027 and NY/Virginia fabs in 2030. https://www.micron.com/us-expansion So, more chips coming soon, but who knows if that's enough to keep up with demand for the next few years. |
