It cites "two [unnamed] senior officials" and then goes on to say: > The 30,000 figure is also far beyond tallies being compiled by activists methodically assigning names to the dead. The official government estimate is still 3,117 btw. The truth is we'll likely never know for sure the real number and any outlet reporting anything else without qualifications is being dishonest. |
