Starter comment, as a Canadian entrepreneur with US citizenship, I can't fathom the rationale for this. Why would you dissuade permanent residents from starting businesses that employ citizens? Sure, block access to companies controlled by non-residents, but lots of people come to Silicon Valley legally to start businesses, shutting them out of financing seems beyond bizarre. |
