the general consensus was that it would take 2 to 4 weeks to implement said feature. I finished it 1.5 hour after the meeting and sent the client a video demo. He was blown away and couldn’t believe how fast I did it.

The client was willing to pay for three weeks of work. Hopefully you charged them accordingly.

For what it is worth, when I client wants you to help them save money, saving money on your fee is not within that scope.
