It’s been more than 10 years since the dawn of generative AI, and all we have to show for it, our magnum opus, is a bunch of token generators mimicking humans and having nonsensical “conversations” on a primitive, outdated UI. You’d have thought that GenAI would replace engineers and doctors by now, but no. All we have are sycophantic, hallucinating chatbots which are also degrading in quality as their producers try to cut inference costs. Crazy that some people still have faith in this “revolution,” which in reality is the biggest scam in all of tech history. Enjoy worse models as model providers gaslight you by increasing the version number. |

Your opinion is in the minority here now because many of us have overwhelmingly positive experience with agents
Moltbook is not the proof you are looking for. I agree it's dumb af, but it's a novelty in a hype cycle. We won't be talking about it in a few months
You won't find proof because there is not enough research and the field is evolving faster than the research on outcomes paper pipeline can process.
