I saved a scientific calculator in 1994 just in case. I never used it, as a PC was always on since then. Today two cheap calculators are available to my children mostly as an example of "productive technology", in contrary to modern devices. This falls under a general effort to expose them to productive paradigms of 80's way of life. |
