One thing I’m thinking about is making every suggestion come with a short confidence signal plus the specific evidence it’s based on (so you can sanity-check fast), and keeping the interaction pull-based so it never interrupts you.

Re pricing: one-time purchase or BYO model makes a lot of sense for this kind of personal workflow tool.
