I prayed for god to give me peace if he accepted my prayers and then i got it.
Cannabis. Huge help, but not for everyone

I have friends for which it does the opposite

THC, CBD does nothing for me

Lifting heavy weights via compound movements. (bench, squat, deadlift)
Melatonin and L-theanine
what dosage?
L-theanine 100mg-400mg, test to optimize

Melatonin 1mg-3mg, test to optimize (less is usually more optimal, but everyone's biology is different)

Avoid alcohol whenever possible from a sleep perspective.

Noticeable calm and reduced "noise" when trying to sleep.
