You're missing the point. None of this matters. You're purposefully not addressing the underlying problem - extrajudicial executions - because the conclusion must make you uncomfortable. Today, the punishment for fleeing is not execution. The conversation ends there. Everything else is just noise, and you know that, so stop. |

I think you and I both don't know much about the law, but my opinion apparently represents it closer.
