Is the exception still valid? I thought the new central regulation in effect removed those (if the region has exceptions then you pay federal "solidarity" tax). They introduced it to fight Madrid's and Andalusia's exemptions. I investigated it some time ago though when I was considering moving to Andalusia so maybe something changed. |
