I consider the term to be a label of a bad-faith actor vs. someone who holds genuine conviction that the "agitating action" is a good thing. A Chinese bot farmer who says we should be shooting each other? Agitator. A neighbor who says "If I see LEO murder someone, I'm taking them on"? Not an agitator. |
