It works on exact same principal - "Personally, I want to find comments by people I've come to trust, without necessarily agreeing with. It categorizes all the links marked and over a period of time it will show your surfing preferences. Every user has a profile and you can visit their profiles and view their preferences and subscribe to their 'stumbles' - links they liked. The thing that's missing on stumbleupon is the discussion culture that present on HN. |
