Because countries who didn't do that managed to corner the whole IT services market, while countries that do are still waiting for a miracle to happen. Talent that is capable of building the next AWS can easily make 6 figures at AWS and not lose more than half of that in taxes... you need to do something to attract/retain such talent here. |
