Is the $25 price used? I'm finding the 3, 4 and 5 cost almost the same from web shops (for the 1GB version).

The 3A+ is a different form factor than the 3B(+), 4s, and 5s. And only comes in 512 MB. https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/raspberry-pi-3-model-a-...

The 3A+ is $25 on most sites; Sparkfun lists the 3B+ in stock for $43.50, Adafruit has the 3B in stock for $35, you can find more examples by googling
