Okay, is every change validated by a safety agency? No. I asked a lawyer this question and the answer was “on every level yes you could sue them”. Edit - Further back and forth and depending on the circumstances, comma could be criminally liable. I don’t have a tesla or a car. |

First answer your own question (and ask lawyer while you at it), is every changed pushed by Tesla reviewed by EU/CA/US regulators? And then explain to me how your Tesla still allowed driver to fall asleep. FYI that was not a singular accident.
