I think it’s more a way to explore the effects certain other behaviours can have on your sleep quality; for instance does a magnesium supplement help you get more deep sleep, what about workout timing does it effect how long it takes to fall asleep or interruptions and so on. I don’t trust the raw numbers at all, really, but since i’m wearing the same sensor i can use it to spot trends at least. Or that’s what i tell myself anyway… |
