You'll need to get over the idea of this being a shared load. Every community has one or two people that are "the engine" and constantly keep people reconnecting. Has nothing to do with social media, or Covid - it's always been the case as far as I can think back (and that's the early 80's) Yes, you can push and prod people to occasionally host, but that's also a ton of work. |
