Huh? Why do you think that applying the constitution would allow the USA to snatch Maduro? What part of the constitution allows for that? The idea that the constitutional rights apply to everyone on the planet is a nice idea, but that's clearly not what is intended by the document - it's meant to apply to people in the USA. A lot of the language is specifically about the states and their relationship to the federal government, so I think you're mis-reading it if you think that it should apply outside of the USA. |
