Get into Meshtastic or Meshcore! (So far I prefer meshtastic) It's a citizen-run mesh network that allows text communication. It's not perfect and not 100% reliable (signal and hops limit delivery guarantees) but it's better than 0 ways to communicate in this kind of event! |
